Project overview
Telesign, a global company with headquarters in Marina Del Rey, engaged Actera Consulting in March 2022, to provide guidance and execution around the design and launch of its social impact program.
The engagement included employee activations, committee facilitation, stakeholder engagement and industry benchmarking and research, and resulted in the creation of an authentic and evidence-based social impact strategy and initiatives roadmap.
Outcomes included:
Selection of social impact focus areas and asset verticals in alignment with stakeholder interests, business goals, and SASB and GRI standards
Design of Telesign’s social impact strategy and roadmap (mission, objectives, metrics, initiatives, and strategic partners)
Support and execution around multiple employee engagement activations, including Telesign’s first global day of service
